Fox News allegation that President is racist prompts boycott

Warren Buffett’s Geico, part of Berkshire Hathaway, has pulled advertising after TV presenter Glenn Beck accused president Obama on Fox News of having "a deep-seated hatred for white people", the FT reports.

The advertisers' exodus was prompted by liberal activist groups such as ColorOfChange.org.
