Summertime and the living is easy for Terminix, the world's largest pest control company – which has just launched a new product called 'Pest Master'.
The product is ideal for those people who are squeamish about bugs and pests.
For as little as £1 per week, Pest Master provides cover against an invasion of flying, biting, stinging or crawling insects and rodents. Terminix guarantees to eliminate your infestation quickly if the worst happens.
The insurance plan is the first of its kind on the market and is underwritten by Iron Trades and available through some brokers or the Terminix Home Services Division.
Terminix's pest control expert, Eric Foster said: "For £50 a year the householder is insured against a host of insect and rodent invasions.
"If you have successive problems, we'll come back and deal with the pests.
"If you are unfortunate enough to be plagued by ants, mice and wasps in one year, you'll be covered for them all."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
