Groupama is calling for price hikes in the motor market.
The call came from Groupama motor director Jack Brownhill who said: "There are already signs that rates might be on the slide.
"There are a number of substantial issues on the horizon in 2003 that could have a massive effect on rating levels. This is just not the time to preside over a reduction in rates - indeed the reverse needs to happen to keep the market healthy."
