Master mariner and qualified loss adjuster Captain Martin West has joined marine cargo loss adjuster L&J North America at its New York offices.
West was formerly with McLarens Toplis. He will assume responsibility for all of L&J's operational cargo surveys and marketing in both north America and for its sister company Integrated Risk Control.
