Mortgage payment protection business wins continued support

Cardif Pinnacle, one of the UK’s largest creditor insurers has retained Alliance & Leicester’s significant mortgage payment protection business.

Kim Slater, head of Mortgage & Consumer Lending for Cardif Pinnacle commented: “Alliance & Leicester has been a major client for the past 10 years and we are delighted that they have entrusted their Mortgage Payment Protection business to us once again - in spite of stiff competition."

Cardif Pinnacle prides itself on working closely with its clients in order to optimise business opportunities. One of the key support services the company provides, is an online application microsite function which reduces paperwork, task-duplication and promotes an efficient administration system.

Another key service that puts Cardif Pinnacle ahead of its competitors, is its 'Back to Work' support and award-winning claims service which actively assists claimants to return to work following a period of illness or redundancy.

Kim Slater concluded: "We very much look forward to continuing to work closely with Alliance & Leicester and taking the business forward by increasing volumes and enhancing customer services - we constantly strive to ensure we are providing a quality service."
