Cardif Pinnacle acquires Warranty Direct

Cardif Pinnacle has acquired a majority shareholding in Warranty Direct Ltd, a provider of personal extended warranties that protect consumer‘s cars and electrical appliances via its website www.warrantydirect.co.uk.

Both companies operate through affinity partners and motor dealers through dealer warranty programmes.

Warranty Direct employs circa 40 staff and is based in Reading. The Company will continue to operate as a stand-alone business from this location.
