Carole Nash Legal Services will offer personal inury and uninsured loss advice

Motorbike specialist broker Carole Nash has become the latest insurance firm to set up a legal arm.

Carole Nash Legal Services LLP, a joint venture with solicitors firm NewLaw, has received authorisation from the Solicitors Regulation Authority to trade as an alternative business structure.

It will offer personal injury and uninsured loss recovery advice to motorcyclists and plans to offer further legal support services in the long term.

The majority of Carole Nash’s policyholders’ accident claims are non-fault and many require the recovery of uninsured losses and personal injury compensation, it said.

“We have worked closely with NewLaw for the past five years and our monitoring of their case management has shown the firm truly understands the specific issues affecting bikers and as a result consistently secured excellent results for them,” said chief executive David Newman.

The new service will be run as a joint venture and is based in Cardiff.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
