CBG joins up with MPS Risk Solutions and Chartis Insurance Company
CBG Group has launched PALM, a specialist healthcare division.
The PALM division will offer specialist cover to corporate healthcare organisations for all professional liabilities, including medical malpractice.
The new initiative is a joint venture between CBG, MPS Risk Solutions and Chartis Insurance Company.
The PALM product suite will cover corporate healthcare organisations including clinics, private hospitals, fertility centres, diagnostic and imaging services and independent primary care providers.
Dave Mackie, group business development director of CBG Group, said: “There is a real need for organisations to understand their exposures, not least of which is their vicarious liability for employed healthcare professionals, and ensure they have appropriate cover in place.”
The cover portfolio will also benefit organisations regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
