John Witham, charged with causing up to £100,000 of damage to the CGNU building in the City, appeared in person at the City of London Magistrates Court last week.

Witham is a voluntary patient at a mental hospital in Chelmsford and the case was adjourned for three weeks while a psychiatric report is obtained.
