Lloyd's broker The Chesterfield Group has acquired managing agent MGA Van Wagoner Companies, the company announced today.
Chesterfield director James Stevenson said: “The acquisition reflects the synergy between our two organisations since we have each established a strong reputation for handling specialist programmes.”
Texas-based broker MGA specialises in surplus lines.
