Healthcare insurer Cigna is offering its US expatriate customers access to the company's Preferred Provider Organisation network.
By using the network, customers receive healthcare treatment without having to spend their own money and then seek reimbursement.
US expatriates will still be able to use their own choice but those who use the network will be able to benefit from electronic claims filing between Cigna and the medical providers.
