London Institute’s lecture programme made available to all

The CII has given online access for all members to the Insurance Institute of London (IIL) lectures.

Martin Reid, head of membership marketing at the CII said: "When you look at the quality of the speakers the IIL secures every year, together with the depth of experience and talent it brings to the lecture programme, we are delighted to bring such expertise to all CII members in a variety of downloadable formats."

Charles Philipps, London's president said: "With the constant aim of the Insurance Institute of London being 'to raise the levels of professional knowledge of those working in insurance in London; to assist members in their career development and to support and reinforce the role and work of the CII. I am delighted that London Institute professional development lectures can now be shared electronically with all CII members particularly as this initiative should enhance the benefits of CII membership."

With over 15,000 members, the IIL is the largest institute of the CII's 60 local institutes in the UK.

The lectures take place in the Lloyd's Old Library. The current programme runs until the end of March.
