Loss adjusters came under friendly fire during the first marketing session when the audience took part in a debate over branding.

Crawford loss adjusting director Jonathan Clark proposed that money spent on branding was wasted money in a highly competitive marketplace.

But his debating opponent, Royal & Sunalliance's Richard Drinkwater, won the day. The motion fell by 40 votes to 26.


The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
