CII WORKSHOPS : Negligent role for solicitors

Solicitors Catherine Hudson and Peter Holland asked the audience to hold up “yes” and “no” signs in response to two role-played cases, in their Do You Know a Negligent Solicitor? session examining the new PI insurance regime

“I think the market could have done more to look at what was being agreed, perhaps presented a bit more of a common front,” Holland said. “It's early days yet. Let's see how the claims pan out and the effect this has on premiums next time.”
