Claims Direct is planning to launch a £300,000 advertising campaign later this month.
The personal injury specialist has kept a low profile since Ronnie Henderson, former chairman and managing director of Premier Asset Management, became chief executive of the company last September.
Marketing activity had been reduced earlier this year, but in March Claims Direct launched a new business model.
Henderson said: "We are now restarting the advertisements, which are the same as the last lot, but at different times and cut-down versions."
Henderson added that Claims Direct is finalising its market research, but that it will spend £300,000 mid-June.
"We will then build new commercials films which will be out in mid-August," Henderson said.
Henderson confirmed Claims Direct has no plans to change its brand name.
