BAA has appointed Claims Management Group Limited (CMGL) to manage the Uninsured Loss Recovery programme for its airport subsidiary companies throughout the UK.

The programme will be managed by the CMGL corporate team, comprising Paul Bermingham, client services director, and Toyin Oluwakiyesi, account manager.

Utilising its internet-based claims management system, CMGL will provide online access to “live” claims data and reports.
