Law firm Bond Pearce will be providing a helpline to policyholders of CNA's technology insurance product

The helpline will provide advice on policy coverage in relation to errors and omissions claims issues.

CNA technology underwriter Phil Mayes said: "This is a difficult and confusing area and claims can arise over the scope and functionality of systems. Bond Pearce will provide expert and independent advice about whether there is a potential claim or not and so whether it should be notified to the broker."

CNA's technology insurance solutions product was launched in March 2004.

The product is aimed at mid-sized technology and telecommunications service companies, such as internet service providers, and covers professional liabilities and property and casualty risks.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
