Businesses must take an integrated approach to healthcare management, according to a healthcare professional.
Bupa medical and healthcare purchasing director Natalie-Jane Macdonald told delegates that tangible cost benefits could be achieved by businesses if their health care suppliers worked together as a team to provide a more coherent approach to sickness absence.
