ICC Information has launched a new internet portal for credit professionals in a bid to help credit managers limit their risk exposures and learn more about best practices.
The portal is at icc-credit.co.uk and will feature “ask an expert” and feedback features so users can get advice from credit professionals at ICC and make comments on the portal.
ICC's credit marketing manager Adrian Howells said future developments included a resource section that would give access to services including debt collection and credit insurance.
