Lloyd's has awarded a five-year contract worth £20m to Integris to provide IT applications management services.

Integris, the managed services arm of Bull Information Systems, manages the Lloyd's datasource in Chatham, Kent, which was outsourced by the corporation in September 1999.

As a result of the new contract, an additional 122 former Lloyd's staff will transfer over to Integris.

Integris will develop, support and maintain the Lloyd's business critical systems and applications. This includes the administration of policy production, processing insurance premiums, payment management, and members' services.


The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
