Cunningham Lindsey International has acquired specialist film, television and contingency loss adjuster Adams for an undisclosed sum.
Adams will become Cunningham Lindsey Adams, and the firm's addition will expand the international adjuster's media division.
Nick Adams, who heads the firm of seven staff based in London's West End, has 20 years' experience in the entertainment field. His firm's clients include Lloyd's insurer Gerling, Chubb and AIG.
He welcomed the acquisition and said it would enable both firms to benefit from mutual business leads.
