Cyber Assist launches a new online cyber cover platform in partnership with Avast and using SchemeServe tech

MGA Cyber Assist has launched a new online cyber cover platform in partnership with Avast for Business.

It will also cover cloud coverage, e-theft, human error, terrorism and VOIP hacking. The product also includes antivirus and backup for companies in the UK.

The cover will be accessible to brokers on an online platform and they will be able to quote and bind cover within 4-6 questions. The platform was made by SchemeServe, which specialises in providing cloud based software for insurance schemes.

Cyber Assist will look to launch a bespoke cyber scheme for SchemeServe users later this year.

David Channing, Founder and Director of Cyber Assist, comments: “Cyber represents a significant market opportunity for brokers.  Businesses big and small, all over the world, have realised that cyber is now one of their biggest threats.  The new online platform makes it simple for brokers to offer a comprehensive cyber insurance product that is straightforward and easy to understand and which makes it easy to sell to clients.”
