Cyril Sweett Consulting, part of construction specialist Cyril Sweett, has developed a new property damage evaluation package.
The firm uses the system to calculate rebuilding costs of property portfolios or individual buildings on a tailor-made basis.
Information describing the property, including digital photography, is inputted, enabling the computer to provide reports as required in the latest format.
The system can update information regarding a property over a period of time, adding and removing details as circumstances change.
