The Davis Group plc has established a new financial services division.
The new division, Davis Financial Planning, will complement the group's existing insurance and risk management business.
The group has acquired QED Financial Planning and has already trebled its existing staff numbers with further growth planned.
Andrew Brook-Dobson, the founder of QED, will be joining The Davis Group board of directors.
This new development for the company marks the group's continued expansion - with 20 new staff taken on this year. The company said the recruitment drive would continue.
