Zurich has extended a pilot of Digilog's voice risk analysis (VRA) technology to household claims.
Earlier this year, Insurance Times exclusively revealed that Zurich was running a trial of Digilog on high-risk motor claims.
A Zurich spokeswoman said the household claims pilot would be completed at the beginning of October.
She said that no results were yet available for the motor claims pilot.
