Back office system chosen for Southern Rock claims firm

Newcastle-based claims handling firm Eldon Insurance is installing RDT’s Landscape.NET to handle deal with everything from electronic receipt of policy data (EDI) through to full claims handling and billing.

Eldon, founded in 2008, employs more 170 people in Newcastle upon Tyne and works with Southern Rock Insurance, Brightside Group, ASDA and Aviva.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
