Endurance has appointed Mark Hadfield to the role of business development manager in its UK property business.
Hadfield will focus on running the broker interface and developing the company's regional portfolio.
He was previously national broker manager at Allianz.
Jon Houghton, who heads up Endurance's UK individual risk property team, said: “He will complement the existing strength of the underwriting team and bring fresh energy to our growing business."
