Europ Assistance and HSBC Insurance Brokers Ltd have launched a new motor breakdown product under the Spectrum banner.

The product will be promoted via HSBC's Platform 24, the company said.

Steve Dixon, sales manager of automotive products and services at Europ Assistance, said: “Through this partnership we provide any broker with the opportunity for substantially increased earnings by offering a wider choice of options and an enhanced product offering”
