Explain briefly about your entry in the Claims Partner of the Year category.

Winn Group entered this category to highlight our uniquely successful approach to solving a historic, industry-wide problem that none of our competitors has yet confronted.

With a legacy of 9am to 5pm operators, there was a grim acceptance from clients that it was how claims management firms conducted themselves.

We implemented a 24-hour operation to speed up the claims process, enhance the client journey and demonstrate to customers that they were getting the most effective and efficient offering on the market.

What do you think makes your entry stand out or different from your competition?

Our dedicated development and senior management teams focused on how we could both stay at the forefront of our industry and provide a service that would most benefit our clients.

No one else offers 24-hour working patterns. No other company in our sector works on files day and night. There’s no closing time at Winn Group and we’re proud to be leading the way in this respect, delivering the best possible service for our valued clients and business partners.

What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?

It would be a tremendous nod of recognition for all the innovative hard work put in by our employees, as well a magnificent accolade to add to our growing collection.

The Insurance Times Awards is the biggest in the industry, so to take home the trophy would be a great achievement.
