John Percy-Davis, executive chairman of Alexander Forbes International Risk Services (AFIRS), is to step down from the position in September.
He will be succeeded by former JLT Risk Solutions chief executive, Mike Hammond.
Hammond left JLT Risk Solutions in December after being overlooked for the role of JLT Group chief executive in favour of Dominic Burke, sources said.
He officially joins AFIRS on 5th June, subject to FSA approval.
