A team from loss adjusters Crawford & Company is investigating the huge explosion of a fireworks factory in Enschede, the Netherlands last Sunday.

The explosion resulted in a devastated area comprising about 1,500 houses in the centre of Enschede. The toll at this stage is at least 20 dead and over 600 casualties.

Shocked residents were told not to disturb any dust for fear of developing the lung disease asbestosis.
