So the director general of the CII has joined the fray and wants the FSA to "uncomplicate" the information insurers have to send to inquirers before issuing a policy.

Perhaps he could include the rule book because words in plain English - and probably note form - would be more acceptable.

The tirade which brokers must include when writing to clients is just ignored or scoffed at by clients with such remarks as "I have no time to read all that rubbish, you are my brokers, I rely on you."
