Seven hires to drive wholesale business growth

FSJ, the UK wholesale arm of Heath Lambert, has made seven key hires to strengthen the experience within the team, and to expand the division in an attempt to win important new business for the Group.

The thirty-two strong FSJ team places risks for a large number of brokers within the UK and comprises specialists in a diverse range of sectors including motor fleet, high hazard commercial accounts, and pharmaceutical and medical malpractice business.

Martin Wildridge joins FSJ as Divisional Director, having previously been MD at Lowndes Lambert. Martin also worked for other industry giants and has extensive experience of working in the UK Markets.

It is one of the most prestigious names in the UK Wholesale Broking Market, and I wanted to be part of shaping the division’s future and building on its success. I am delighted to be part of this highly experienced, talented and professional team.”

Kevin McNeilly has been hired as Senior Motor Account Executive, having worked previously at Cobra and Jardine. He is joined by Darren Foy, an account handler and both Kevin and Darren will be working under the management of Kellie Rainbow. Kellie commented: “It is fantastic to welcome both Kevin and Darren to the team. I am looking forward to building on the teams’ successes with the new experience that Kevin and Darren bring.”

Charlotte Belfield-Waters has been recruited from Cartledge Ltd into the bloodstock and livestock team working as an account handler, bringing with her knowledge and expertise gained in the commercial sector. In addition, David Hargreaves has been recruited into the General Property and Liability insurance team as an account handler, as has Mark Reynolds, who joins the FSJ team in London, having risen through the ranks at the Group’s Brierley Hill office and Steven Taylor who also joins the Team from Camberford Law.
