GAB Robins mobilises catastrophe team for Hurricane Isabel

GAB Robins has mobilised its Catastrophe Response Team do deal with possible damage caused by the potential landfall of Hurricane Isabel on the US East Coast later this week.

Nick Green, working from the company's onsite catastrophe base, will head the team of executive loss adjusters.

Paul Smith, London business director, said: "In recognition of the volume of London placed exposure, GAB Robins has dedicated a specific experienced team to handle London Market claims."

He added: "We understand the importance of closely monitoring our London Market business and have expanded our Atlanta based London Unit to receive all claims resulting from this event. This unit will liase directly with the field team and will be able to provide constant communication with London despite difficult field conditions that may exist."
