Broker nabs account executive from Willis.
Giles Insurance Brokers has further strengthened its sales force in Wales following the appointment of Richard Laats from Willis.
Laats is the latest account executive to join the expanding new business team, based at the company’s regional headquarters in Talbot Green.
Laats said: “Giles is expanding at a rapid pace and is extremely committed to its future in Wales, one of the main reasons I was attracted to this opportunity.
“One of the aspects of the role which I am most looking forward to is being directly involved with securing new business and making a real contribution to the company’s growth.”

Giles currently has six branches in South Wales and employs a total of 78 staff.
