Following London's success in securing the 2012 Olympics, Team GB 800m runner Jo Fenn was recently at Lloyd's building to present sports bursaries to six promising sporting stars from Tower Hamlets schools supported by London market businesses.

The 2005 Sports Bursary Scheme co-sponsored by Lloyd's insurer, Faraday Underwriting, promotes outstanding commitment and achievement in sport by Tower Hamlets secondary students, giving each winner £500 .

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
