Novae Insurance has appointed John Gibson as regional manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
He will be responsible for developing the company’s financial lines business and will be involved in expanding its regional financial institutions market sector.

Ace Europe has announced the appointment of Andy Hollenberg as senior vice president, accident and health (A&H).
Hollenberg will be responsible for the distribution of accident, supplemental health, term life, creditor and niche personal lines products to both group and individual customers.
He joins from his previous role as vice president, A&H, for Ace Far East.
Markel
Markel International has appointed Neil Flatman managing director of its non-marine property division.
Flatman will oversee Markel International’s entire property portfolio and manage the team.
Martindales
Martindales has appointed Scott Robinson to head up
its sales, marketing and account management function.
Robinson will be responsible for helping
to grow the existing business, capturing new accounts
with key insurers and to develop the Martindales brand.
He will be based at the company’s Bolton headquarters.

Crawford & Company UK has appointed Margaret Clubley to a strategic development role in its third party administration business (TPA).
Clubley joins from GAB Robins where she undertook an international strategic business development role
in TPA.
Prior to joining GAB Robins she worked for Crawford & Co UK in its corporate claims team.
