Ousted AIG chief Maurice 'Hank' Greenberg could sue the insurer to recover personal items from his former lavish Manhattan office, reports said today.
Included on the list of valuables is a Van Gogh painting, underwear and personal letters from his mother written during his service in the Korean War and Second World War.
Reports today said when Greenberg sent removers to collect the items AIG lawyers refused them entry.
