Hampden Private Capital is set to acquire CBS Insurance Holdings' Lloyd's Names advisory business, CBS Private Capital, according to reports.
The report indicates that the acquisition will leave Hampden Private Capital and SOC Private Capital as the only remaining Lloyd's members' agencies.
CBS Private Capital represents almost 600 clients and has a total underwriting capacity of just under £700m.
CBS chairman, Graham White, company founder and chief executive, Charles Harbord-Hamond, and finance director, Andrew Castell, will reportedly stay with CBS.
