Hartford Financial Services has received a subpoena from New York attorney general Eliot Spitzer, requesting information related to the company's sales of annuity products and reporting of workers' compensation premiums.

The company plans to cooperate fully with the requests.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
