Heath Lambert property portfolio has renewed its contract with the Morley Fund Management property portfolio. The portfolio consists of over 3,000 units of property, with an insured value of £6bn.
Securing the renewal of the Morley portfolio insurances involved uploading more than 20,000 separate pieces of data and issuing in excess of 5,000 individual items of documentation.
Heath Lambert property portfolio managing director John Dilley said: “This is an enormous portfolio, requiring a marathon renewal effort from our team. It is very satisfying to be able to achieve ours and our client's goals in this respect.”
