Highway Glass is celebrating passing a major milestone after capturing 10,000 insurance-related calls in a single month.

The company achieved the milestone when a staff member at its Norwich call centre took the 10,000th call at 9.15pm on the final day of January.

Highway has invested more than £50,000 in its call centre. It provides a 24-hour emergency replacement glass and locks service to major insurers including Norwich Union and Axa.

Service standards mean that policyholders are usually contacted within 30 minutes of damage being reported and repairs are undertaken within two hours.
