Insurers and policyholders can now get garage doors repaired or replaced day or night thanks to a new service from Highway Glass & Locks.
The nationwide service will operate out of Highway's 40 branches. There will be a national tariff for the service with no regional variations on costs.
Highway works with a number of leading insurers including Norwich Union, Axa, Legal and General and Lloyds TSB.
Highway managing director Philip Milburn said:"We work closely with insurers and know that managing their claims costs is crucial to them."
Highway Glass will be on call 24 hours a day throughout the year.
