AIG Europe is launching Employment Practice Control, a bespoke business service.

It will provide companies with confidential reviews of their corporate human resources (HR) policies and procedures.

Through the service, businesses can select from a panel of legal firms that will provide:

  • a review of existing HR contracts, policies and procedures
  • checks that there are no important omissions
  • check that your contracts, policies and procedures are legally compliant and exhaustive and give you suitable protection
  • preparation of a short, confidential written report highlighting problem areas.

    The service is available to Corporateguard Employment Practice Liability policyholders for £500.
