Pleasurecraft and buildings and contents are two new covers being offered by HSBC Insurance Brokers under its Spectrum Insurance Marketing Solutions brand.
The former covers boats under seven metres through to the bigger yachts and motor boat classes. The policy wording is designed to exclude nautical jargon.
The home and contents and possessions has been developed with Zurich Personal Insurances which covers contents up to £40,000 with an automatic step up for Christmas.
