The Insurance Institute of London (IIL) has announced a series of forthcoming lectures to promote general awareness of developments in the insurance industry.
Commencing 14th and 21st October 2002, all lectures will commence at 1.15pm in Lloyd's Old Library. There will be no charge for attendance.
The lecture programme will include:
Tuesday 15 October - an International lecture " The Innocent Abroad at Work and at Play", to be given by David Kaye (Director, Risk Realty).
Wednesday 16 October - a Financial lecture "Changes in the Retirement Market, including Annuity Developments and Reform", to be given by Ronnie Lymburn ( Business Development Director, The Bureau).
Tuesday 22 October - an Accident lecture "Psychological Injury - Is it all in the Mind?", to be given by Chris Webb-Jenkins (Partner, Brown Jacobson).
Wednesday 23 October - a Property lecture "The Use of CCTV in the Reduction of Crime", to be given by Tony Chapman (Head of Property Services, Peterborough City Council).
Thursday 24 October - a Reinsurance lecture "Claims made Products - We've got it all wrong!", to be given by Alan Fisher (Partner, Fisher & Scoggins LLP).
