Bureau helps CGU and Misys
Web site building company, The Bureau, has won a deal to host internet workshops for CGU's Club Elite members. The Bureau is holding two workshops per month to help members understand the internets. So far, the events have resulted in The Bureau building web sites for 30 club members. The Bureau also hosts workshops for Misys user groups. Standard prices for the events start at £500.

ABI man chairs e-conference
ABI e-commerce manager, John Kemble, will chair a conference into how the insurance industry can exploit e-commerce. Among the speakers will be representatives from Screentrade and Eagle Star Direct. The event on December 1 at the Forum hotel, London is organised by specialist conference company Qdos.

Audatex grows 45% in a year
Computerised estimating systems supplier Audatex has grown 45% in the first full year since being taken over by Automatic Data Processing. Managing director Alex Leonard attributed the growth to ADP's policy of reinvesting in the future.


The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
