AXA Art and Ecclesiastical Insurance have launched a policy, called Art & Architecture, aimed at owners of listed buildings.

The new policy, developed jointly by the two specialist insurers, is designed to protect owners of listed buildings from unanticipated costs directly related to the buildings.

Art & Architecture will cover the fabric of the building, historic fixtures and fittings, art and antiques and other contents. Each policy will take into consideration the size, condition, function and importance of the individual building.

Policyholders will be given advice on the market value of the art and antiques covered by the policy, and a specialist art and buildings surveyor will visit each property.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
