Warranty provider survey of 20,000 claims shows problems
US mobile phone warranty provider SquareTrade says iPhone 4s have suffered an 82% increase in broken screens compared to the iPhone 3GS.
The study of more than 20,000 claims also found more than 25% were for damage to the glass on the back of the unit. An estimated 15.5% of iPhone 4 owners will have an accident within a year of buying their phone.
