Who says bosses don't show their appreciation to staff nowadays?

Backchat was impressed to hear that Maidstone-based loss adjuster the Quest Partnership had whisked its 30 staff to Las Vegas for a long weekend to celebrate the firm's tenth anniversary.

The party took in the gambling town's legendary sunset strip, including its famed themed hotels and casinos, such as Luxor, which resembles an ancient Egyptian pyramid, and New York, New York which copies the city's skyline.

This was followed by helicopter flights over the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam.

They finished with a celebratory dinner on the 104th floor restaurant of the Stratosphere hotel.

Quest Partnership boss Peter Mann said staff and their spouses were treated to the fantastic view of a Nevada sunset from the restaurant's revolving gallery.

He didn't think any of his staff had scooped a big win on the roulette tables though, as none had announced their sudden resignation.
